*Peak Holiday Season (October - January)*
During our peak holiday season we, as well as our carrier FedEx, experience a much higher order and shipping volume. During this time frame, delivery dates are all estimated delivery dates. Packages may arrive before or after the expected delivery date. During this busy season, we highly recommend selecting an earlier ship out date to ensure you receive your item(s) in time. Goode Company waives any guarantees and/or refunds to orders delivering before or after the expected delivery date. Please contact us for more details if you have any concerns.
Please allow an extra business week for shipping before the Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays.
Fresh, Smoked Meat Products
Our Texas-Style BBQ products are fresh out of the smoker, vacuum sealed, and rapid chilled to preserve that distinctive, mesquite flavor! With that said, they have a limited shipping window, so keep these items in mind when placing your order:
- The best way to know when your Texas BBQ will ship is to choose your ship-by date at checkout.
- Orders can be fulfilled and shipped as early as the next business day, Monday - Wednesday.
- Orders placed Wednesday - Sunday will ship out the following Monday, unless another date is selected.
In efforts to ensure your smoked meat items arrive as fresh as possible, prolonged travel through the weekends is prohibited.
Need it by the weekend? We recommend placing your order by Tuesday to ensure it arrives by that Friday!
We cannot ship to PO Boxes & APO Addresses at this time.
All Other Goodes
Orders ship next business day after order placement unless a future date is requested. Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday - Friday. Our products are packaged and engineered to remain fresh and withstand Ground parcel transportation. Simply choose your desired, estimated ship-by date using our Shipping Calendar at checkout, or choose one of the shipping options that best fits your delivery timeline and budget!
Our Goodes ship nationwide within the US via the following FedEx shipping options:
- Ground (commercial)/ Home Delivery (residential): arrives in 1-4 business days after the packages is picked up.
- 2nd-Day: arrives on the second Mon-Fri business day after the package is picked up (does not include weekends)
- Overnight: arrives on the Mon-Fri business day after the package is picked up (does not include weekends)
- Standard Overnight arrives next business day by end of day.
- Priority Overnight arrives next business day before noon.
Perishable items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may include a free upgrade to FedEx 2nd Day shipping, to make sure the product arrives at it's best.
Warm Weather Shipping
Though our Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie is thoroughly chilled before shipment, it is certainly susceptible to the Texas Heat. To best control the quality of our favorite Texas Treat, we offer free FedEx 2nd Day Shipping to Brazos Bottom Pecan Pies traveling outside of Texas and Louisiana during the warmest months of the year!
If you've ordered a Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie or a Texas BBQ Package, it's best to keep a tight eye on your FedEx Tracking Details, to make sure you'll be home when your Order arrives at your door.
