weekend shipping notice

FedEx Home Delivery (residential) may deliver on weekends, as this choice includes a possible Saturday attempt.
FedEx Ground (business) may travel, but will likely not deliver on weekends.
FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight shipping options do not include weekend travel and delivery. If your ship-by date is a Thursday, FedEx 2nd Day will deliver Monday. If your ship-by date is a Friday, 2nd Day will deliver Tuesday and Overnight will deliver on Monday.

To best know when your Order will deliver, keep an eye on your FedEx or USPS Tracking Updates!

Our Brazos Bottom Pecan Pies are serious business! We bake fresh pies daily, then chill and seal each one, preparing them for the journey ahead. Each pie is nestled in to your choice of Goode Co. Box with a carefully measured insert that prevents slipping and sliding. Our pies ship Monday - Friday and include free FedEx Ground (business) or Home Delivery (residential) Shipping.

Brazos Bottom Pecan Pies will begin traveling on the selected Ship-By Date, if available.
If no Ship-By Date was selected, travel will begin on the next eligible Monday - Friday.

TEXAS BARBEQUE

Our Texas-Style Barbeque products are fresh out of the smoker, vacuum sealed, and rapid chilled to preserve their distinctive, mesquite flavor! We ship these Texas delicacies only Monday - Wednesday, inside Styrofoam packaging with ice packs included, to ensure food safety.
To prevent prolonged travel, Smoked Meats traveling outside of Texas and Louisiana receive free, FedEx 2nd Day shipping so they arrive as promptly as possible.

Texas Barbeque Packages will begin traveling on the selected Ship-By Date, if available.
If no Ship-By Date was selected, travel will begin on the next eligible Monday - Wednesday.
Need it this weekend? We recommend ordering by Tuesday!

Pralines, pantry goodes & apparel

We're proud to ship authentically Goode Pralines, along with Pantry Goodes and Merchandise all across the USA! Goode's Praline Delight ships in a keepsake Wooden box with free FedEx Ground (business) or Home Delivery (residential.) Our non-perishable Pantry Items and Apparel will arrive via US Postal Service.

Pralines, Pantry Goodes, and Apparel will begin traveling on the selected Ship-By Date, if available.
If no Ship-By Date was selected, travel will begin on the next eligible Monday - Friday.

Though our Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie is thoroughly chilled before shipment, it is certainly susceptible to the Texas Heat. To best control the quality of our favorite Texas Treat, we offer free FedEx 2nd Day Shipping to Brazos Bottom Pecan Pies traveling outside of Texas and Louisiana during the warmest months of the year!

If you've ordered a Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie or a Texas Barbeque Package, it's best to keep a tight eye on your FedEx Tracking Details, to make sure you'll be home when your Order arrives at your door. Should you find your Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie or Texas Barbeque Package has been affected by warm weather, reach out to our Customer Care Team at 713-529-1212 or customercare@goodecompany.com with your Shopify Order Number, and any relevant photos of the products. We'll provide some Southern Hospitality to help you resolve the matter!

peak season shipping

During our peak holiday season (November & December) we, as well as our carrier FedEx, experience a much higher order and shipping volume.

Goode Co. recommends selecting an earlier Ship-By date than you think you'll need, to account for additional delays and ensure your items are received by your intended Holiday.

Our Brazos Bottom Pecan Pies are shelf stable at room temperature for up to three weeks and will keep in the refrigerator for up to three months. Shipping early is the best policy!

Please allow an extra business week for shipping before the Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays.
