Our Texas smoked brisket, ribs, and sausage are all aged to perfection in our old-fashioned cure, then slow-smoked and hand rubbed with our secret blend of herbs and spices. By using only the finest cuts of USDA beef, we're certain every tender slice of smoked meat we have for sale is as fresh as the wood that waits outside our smokehouse - those sweet-smelling stacks of mesquite that mean this food is damn Goode and done right.
