Regular Operating Hours: Monday ‐ Friday, 8:30 a.m. ‐ 5:00 p.m. CST
CLOSED: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & weekends.

 

Can I have my order shipped today?

Orders ship the next eligible business day unless otherwise scheduled. Smoked Meat Orders ship Monday - Wednesday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. For more information, please see our Shipping & Returns info page.

Need your items to ship same day as order placement?  Please contact our Customer Care team before 12pm CST and we'll try our best to accommodate!

 

Can I place my order now & ship it later?

Yes, you can place your order anytime and request to ship at a later date by selecting from the future date calendar at checkout. For more information, please see our Shipping & Returns info page.

 

There’s an error with my order, what do I do?

Please contact Customer Care at 713‐529‐1212 or customercare@goodecompany.com & we’ll work to resolve the issue. Note: Once an order has been marked "shipped" we are unable to make any changes.

 

How do I reheat the smoked meats?

Do you sell Goode Company Restaurant gift cards?

What forms of payment are accepted for purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

I need to send gifts to multiple people.  Can I complete a multiple recipient order online?

Yes! Create or login to your account to add your contacts to your address book. Log-in or sign up here! Once you're ready to order, add all the items to the cart.  When you reach the "Shipping" step at checkout, select "Ship to multiple addresses" and you'll be able to assign each item to a recipient.

Can I ship to multiple locations within a single order?

Yes! CLICK HERE to learn about our corporate gifting process. Part of our corporate gift service includes management of your shipping list, no matter how
many people or locations are included. Please contact our Customer Care team to inquire about our
bulk ordering process and leave the heaving lifting to us! Note: Orders are split into batches of 50 recipients per order.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact Customer Care at 713‐529‐1212 no later than 12:00 p.m. CST the day BEFORE your order is scheduled to ship. Note: Address corrections may require additional charges or cancellation. 

 

Do you ship overseas or out of the country?

Goode Co. currently ships nationwide within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). Select items are available to ship to Canada.  Please note that recipient will be responsible for duties & taxes.

 

Do you ship to military addresses? PO Boxes?

No, due to the perishable nature of our items we are unable to ship to APOʹs, FPOʹs, and PO boxes at this time.

 

What's the big deal about pecan pies?

Pecan pies are the official dessert of Texas! We proudly source our pecans from the Texas Hill Country by the Brazos River and bake our desserts from scratch daily in our commissary kitchen using a prized family recipe.
