*Peak Holiday Season (October - January)*
During our peak holiday season we, as well as our carrier FedEx, experience a much higher order and shipping volume. During this time frame, delivery dates are all estimated delivery dates. Packages may arrive before or after the expected delivery date. During this busy season, we highly recommend ordering early to ensure you receive your item(s) in time. Fresh, Smoked Meat Products
Our Texas-Style BBQ products are fresh out of the smoker, vacuum sealed, and rapid chilled to preserve that distinctive, mesquite flavor! With that said, they have a limited shipping window, so keep these items in mind when placing your order:
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped next business day, Monday - Wednesday.
- Orders placed after Tuesday, 8:00p CST with FedEx 2-Day delivery will ship out the following Monday.
In efforts to ensure your smoked meat items arrive as fresh as possible, prolonged travel through the weekends is prohibited.

All Other Goodes
Orders ship next business day after order placement unless requested otherwise. Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday - Friday. Our products are packaged and engineered to remain fresh and withstand Ground parcel transportation. Simply choose your desired, estimated ship-out date using our Shipping Calendar at checkout or choose one of the shipping options that best fits your delivery timeline and budget!

Our Goodes ship nationwide within the US via the following FedEx shipping options:
- Ground (commercial)/ Home Delivery (residential): arrives in 1-4 business days (refer to map below). Saturday delivery available for most residential destinations
- Express Saver: arrives in 3 business days (does not include weekends)
- 2nd-Day: arrives in 2 business days after ship-out (does not include weekends)
- Overnight: (does not include weekends)
- Standard Overnight arrives next business day by end of day.
- Priority Overnight arrives next business day by 10:30am
Shipping Rates: Rates vary as they are weight and destination based. The weight, dimensions, and shipping rates are subject to change at any time based on our products, packaging, and evolving shipping carrier rates. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, as well as dimensions rounded up to the next full inch. We do not offer returns on any of our perishable food items we sell and ship online as these items are made-to-order and will not survive in transit back to our facility.
