Perishable Goodes

We do not offer returns on any of our perishable food items we sell and ship online as these items are made-to-order and will not survive in transit back to our facility. If you encounter a problem with your perishable food item, or are dissatisfied with the product received, please reach out to our guest service team using the Contact Us link below. One our guest service team members will promptly reach out to you upon receiving your message to discuss the details of the problem and provide you with some Goode'ol southern hospitality to resolve the matter!

Non-Perishable Goodes

If you have received a non-food, or non-perishable item by error, or that lacks quality to the point you are dissatisfied with your item, please reach out to our guest service team using the Contact Us link below so we can discuss the full details and make arrangements to satisfy your online experience and resolve the matter.

Shipping

Perishable Goodes - Fresh, Smoked Meat Products

Our Texas-Style, smoked meat products are fresh out of the smoker, and vacuum sealed and rapid chilled to preserve freshness as well as that distinctive, mesquite flavor! We ship our delicious, smoked meat products to any commercial/residential address in the US! Our smoked meat products are never frozen and with that said, have a limited shipping window to arrive ready to heat and serve at your event, party, or gathering. Because we ship fresh, not frozen, all destinations outside of central Texas, southeast Texas. Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee will require FedEx 2Day Express, or FedEx Overnight/Priority shipping. All Express and Overnight packages bypass ground transit and fly via air, which drives up the cost of transportation. Therefore, if your destination zipcode falls under any of the Express/Overnight destinations, you will not see any less expensive, Ground shipping options. In efforts to keep our fresh, smoked meat products from being stuck in a shipper truck or facility over a prolonged period of time, we do not ship on Friday's to any of the destinations that fall outside of our next-day, Home Delivery zone, which is limited to central, and southeast Texas at the time. *PO Boxes & APO Addresses cannot be shipped*

All Other Goodes

Any of our Goodes can be shipped anywhere in the US and can be shipped via FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, or Express and Overnight. Our products are packaged and engineered to remain fresh and withstand Ground parcel transportation. Simply choose your desired, estimated delivery date using our Delivery Calendar at checkout and choose one of the shipping options that best fits your delivery timeline and budget! Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimensional-based. The weight, dimensions, and shipping rates are subject to change at any time based on our products, packaging, and evolving shipping carrier rates. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, as well as dimensions rounded up to the next full inch. *Peak Holiday Season (October - January)*

During our peak, holiday season time frame, we experience a much higher order and shipping volume, as well as our carrier FedEx. During this time frame, delivery dates are all "estimated delivery dates", meaning there is a chance our carrier, FedEx, can deliver the package slightly before, or past the expected delivery date chosen using our Delivery Date calendar at checkout. During this heavy volume time frame, we waive any guarantees and/or refunds to orders delivering slightly before, or after the expected delivery date.
